Refund Policy

Return Policy

We want you to know that your happiness with our product is our highest priority. As such, we offer a 100 day return policy, allowing you plenty of time to ensure that everything is just right. If you decide to return your purchase for any reason, just return it within 100 days, along with the purchase receipt (if applicable) for a full refund or an exchange, at your option.

SparklyOne LLC will pay for the cost of return shipping on orders of $75 or more by providing you with a pre-paid return shipping label, along with instructions on how to prepare your return.

All returned items must be returned with all documentation and must be in their original, out-of-the-box condition.

Orders that have been exchanged, re-sized, engraved and custom pieces are not eligible for return and shall be considered a final sale. Previously returned orders will be considered an exchange.

Returning Your Order

In order to return your order, please follow these instructions:

Obtain your shipping label: Contact us at schen@sparklyoneny.com and we will provide you with your free return shipping label along with a code for tracking the return. Free return shipping labels are only available in the United States at this time.

Preparing your purchase for Return: It is very important that you include all of the original packaging and accompanying materials with your return, including the receipt and the original packing slip. To avoid security issues, please do not write anything on the packaging that could be used to identify its contents.

Refund Process

Once your returned purchase is received, our Returns Department will inspect the returned item. All un-boxing is done under recorded video to ensure that what was received by us is not lost or misplaced. Once the returned item has been verified, a process which can take up to seven (7) business days from receipt, Sparklyone LLC will issue you a refund for the original purchase price amount using the same means that payment was originally made, except for bank wire payments, which are refunded by check. Credit card refunds may take as much as one-monthly billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your issuer.

You must obtain a return shipping authorization code from us prior to returning. If you do not include this code on your return label or if the packaging does not meet the above standards, we may refuse delivery or you may be charged a re-stocking fee of 150. You have seven days from the issuance of the return authorization code to ship your return. All requests for refunds may require you to complete additional paperwork to document the request.

Additional non-returnable items

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 100 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Schen@sparklyoneny.com and send your item to our store address (will be provided)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address (will be provided in email).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
